Free Cycle Maintenance Training

Residents of Middlesbrough can get free expert tuition on how to look after their bike.
Middlesbrough Cycle Centre is offering the free summer cycle maintenance training sessions.
The sessions, run by a qualified cycle mechanic, are aimed at anyone who has a bike and would like to learn how to look after it.
A three hour session covering wheels, brakes, gears and how to fix a puncture takes place on Tuesday, August 2 from 10am to 1pm.
A full day course covering the same areas in more detail and leading to an Open College Network (OCN) qualification takes place on Friday, August 5 from 10am to 4pm.
