Middlesbrough Christmas Market

A Christmas market is set to hit Middlesbrough town centre with a great range of food and gifts to get festive shoppers tempted.
The market, containing around 18 stalls will sell a wonderful range of food and crafts. Products on sale will include organic food, homemade fudge, handmade jewellery, artworks, candles, cards, cushions, home accessories, wooden toys and much more.
Michael Goodchild who is the owner of Middlesbrough confectionery business Fudge Fancies has organised the market on behalf the council.
He said: “I have been to loads of Farmers’ markets around the area and thought that it would be fantastic to bring a real market to Middlesbrough town centre.
“We’ll have some great stalls there so I hope people come along and enjoy it.”
Michael will be bringing his unique fudges along for sale on the market including specially made festive flavours of Christmas pudding, mulled wine and champagne and chestnut.
Where
Corporation Road, near BHS, from 9am to 5pm on Friday December 2 and Saturday December 3.
